Formal Booth is ReBooth’s formalwear rental service, helping students find something special to wear for school balls, formals and milestone events.

People can borrow a dress, suit or formal piece for their event, then return it afterwards so it can help someone else feel amazing on their big night.

Formal Booth is open most Saturday mornings during Ball Season. Follow ReBooth on social media to keep up to date with opening days & times.

Come for a fitting

Browse the formalwear, try on pieces and find something that feels right.

Borrow and return

Take it for your special night, then bring it back afterwards so it can be used again.

  • Everyone! Well everyone who wants to go to the Ball. Formal Booth is here to help you find something special to wear without the big price tag.

    Formal Booths main purpose is to help our teens attend their school ball - so ball season is our big time to help our community shine. For other occasions contact the ReBooth team and we will see what we can do.

  • Items may include dresses, suits, shirts, jackets, shoes, bags, jewellery and accessories, depending on what has been donated.

  • Donations can be dropped to 169 Dee Street, Invercargill or the other businesses shown on our donations page. Please make sure items are clean, wearable and in good condition.

  • For open days, you can usually come along during the advertised times. Outside of open days, it is best to get in touch with ReBooth first to check availability and arrange a time.
